A union, group, club or organization can self onboard to the platform by signing up and providing the relevant documentation requested. These applications are reviewed by Samembership and UGCOs are listed online if all criteria is met.

Once listed, unions, groups, clubs or organizations can then setup the membership plans available by filling in a form and also indicate the membership cost.

Union, group, club or organization admins are able to manage their accounts by accepting membership requests, having an overview of the total number of members per plan, the duration of members subscription and so much more.

Once your membership request has been approved, you are now able to pay for your membership. After payment is complete, a unique Identification number is assigned to you.

Membership administrators must create accounts and upgrade them to get administrative rights to create their individual plans to receive payments.

Membership administrators must fill in a simple form to set up their plan name, payment intervals, payment preferences and price to be paid by each approved member.

How does one qualify for payment of a membership plan?
A valid member simply has to apply and wait for approval from the administrators. Once approved, the member can then pay using the listed modes of payment.
